To use this as a turn signal switch wire as follows
For a positive ground motorcycle
Yellow wire to Negative
Red wire to blinker relay then to Right blinker
Green wire to blinker relay then to the Left Blinker

Yes LED is different, the reason is because the resistance of the an incandescent bulb is what causes the relay to work, LED has almost no resistance that is why they cost so little to operate.
They have to be flashed digitally.
